President Trump Casts Early Vote
On October 24th, President Donald Trump and First Lady Melania Trump cast their early votes for the midterm elections. They then left for the state of Georgia to attend a campaign rally for the Republican Party.
The Trumps arrived at the Palm Beach County election office in Florida at about 4 PM. When asked by reporters if he voted for his party, the President answered, "Absolutely." After voting, President Trump wore an 'I Voted' sticker. His motorcade left the polling place shortly after and headed to the airport for his flight to Georgia.
President Trump's decision to vote in person came after he had previously voted by mail twice this year in Florida. He had often criticized mail-in voting and tried to limit it. The midterm elections on November 3rd will decide if Republicans keep control of Congress during President Trump's final two years in office.
